Sebastián Sain Puig

A lawyer and graduate of the University of Chile School of Law, he focuses his practice on civil, commercial, and labor litigation, as well as criminal investigations and litigation with a focus on property and economic crimes.

He was a Judicial Attorney at Harasic, Medina, Dal Pozzo & López Abogados (2017 – 2018) and at Yávar & Silva Abogados (2018 – 2022).

Legal Clinic Assistant at the University of Chile (2021 – 2023).

Teaching Assistant of Civil Law, University of Chile (2022 to present).
